From the history of this residence: Abram Cunix was born in Russia in 1901, graduated from Harvard Univ. and passed the bar exam in 1926. He opened his law practice in Lancaster in 1945, and his office was in the Kresge Bldg. He and his wife Margaret lived at 119 E. Mulberry. In 1976 the Ohio Bar Assn. honored him for practicing law for 50 years. He died in 1983. (writeup by Joyce Harvey)
