There is no peek behind the window for this home, but here is a bit of its history: Mrs. Julia Beck Fromlet (widow) died in her home in 1928 and was the last surviving member of the George Beck family, one of the oldest and most prominent families in Lancaster. When she graduated from Lancaster High School Class of 1865 (shortly after the Civil War) she was the only graduate in her class. (writeup by Joyce Harvey)
